My name is Luke and I’m the guy behind Cricketers Hub!
I fell in love with cricket in 2005 during the Ashes series between England and Australia, and I’ve been absolutely obsessed ever since. In that time, I’ve taken part in the game as both a fan and a player.
Anyone who knows me personally would probably tell you that I’m a sports nerd. A sport that I become interested in can often end up taking over my life! Cricket did exactly that. I was hooked straight away and I immediately began researching the history of the game, as well as trying to find out all of the technical tips and tricks that would allow me to perform like some of my favourite players.
Due to my research and playing experience I have built up a large base of cricketing knowledge, and I felt like I needed a way to share some of this with the world. That is the reason I created this website! My goals are to make cricket easy to understand for newcomers, and also to help players of all levels of ability improve their cricketing skills.
